The motor is a Pontiac straight-8 with 7 Stromberg carbs. I think I only saw linkage connected to 3 of them, but I need to look closer the next time I see it.
Check out the connecting rod mounted on the rear of the cylinder head. It's the bracket and bezel for a temp gauge.
The radiator is mounted behind the back seat and the grill shell is where the battery's located. Makes my head spin.
