Ok. So why a duck hunting/fishing pond in a story about the salt flats? Well, because Sunday was an off day and we got to play tourist. Gayle drove out from Salt Lake on Saturday evening. We had a nice buffet dinner and on sunday morning we went to Blue Lake which is a series of ponds and one really deep hole, all fed by a hot spring. It's very popular with divers in this area necause of the temperature and clarity of the water. Besides, you can't do much diving on the salt flats.
