This is a "Bug"...at least I've ben told that's what they called Model Ts with the fenders and hood panels removed, back in the 1920s and 30s. This is the grass roots of American hotrodding 20 years before most people knew what a hotrod was. It says "Winfield Special" on the hood. I wonder if was built by Winfield or just uses some of those speed parts. A very kool machine.
