Before I start this, I'll mention that I had Quadruple Coronary Bypass surgery on September 8th. It played hell with my planned runs at World of Speed, but there's always next year. However, being only a month out of the surgery, I promised people that I'd take it easy...and I did my best to do that. In keeping with that philosophy, I stopped at a rest stop about halfway between home and the salt flats to take a break.
