This was another one of our favorite cars at the meet. It's a pit car with a Model T body on 2x4 steel frame rails and the engine, transmission and running gear from a 1952 Packard. It's owned by a young man (a very well-spoken and friendly one, I might add) named Otto Carter and his friend R. J. Braegger from Lehi, Utah (about 35 miles south of Salt Lake City.)
