A little more interior progress
This is what the back seat looked like when Steve took it out. It'd definitely seen better days.
He ordered a set of seat covers from Classic Industries and I installed the back seat cover with no problems at all.
Here's the seat back and the package tray with holes cut for the speakers.
The front seat presented a problem. Seems that the manufacturer sent two of the same sides of the seat back cover.
It took about a million phone calls to get a replacement and then it was the wrong one. But it got installed anyway.
It's still a lot better than what we started with.
We changed plans and installed the carpeting so I could get the seats in.
We also shined up the threshold plates and installed them.
It's only looking about a million times better than it did when he got the car.
The radiator support got a thorough cleaning and a nice shiny coat of POR-15. It's getting ready to go back together.
